The following terms and conditions apply to our events:
1. Tickets and Payment
  • All ticket prices are in dollars and include applicable taxes.
  • Your ticket purchase is confirmed once payment is received and an email confirmation is sent.
  • Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold for profit.
2. Refund and Exchange Policy
  • No refunds will be provided if you change your mind or are unable to attend within 48 hours of the event.
  • Full refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to the event.
  • If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
  • If the event is postponed or significantly changed, you will be offered a ticket to the new date.
3. Event Changes
  • The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program, speakers or venue if necessary.
4. Attendance and Conduct
  • Entry is valid only with a valid ticket (digital or printed).
  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone acting in an unsafe, disorderly or disruptive manner, without a refund.
5. Privacy and Photography
  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
  • Your personal information will be used to manage your booking and communicate event details, in line with our privacy policy.
6. Liability
  • The organizer is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal property during the event.
  • You assume all risks associated with attending the event.
